Complex, fleshy, creamy.
Sourced from South Okanagan vineyards, after harvest it was pressed and transferred to French oak barrels for fermentation. After undergoing full malolactic fermentation, it was aged sur-lie for 11 months in 30% new and 70% used French oak, followed by 6 months in stainless-steel before bottling. A substantial Chard, it delivers aromas of lemon curd spread on toast, grilled pineapples and roasted spice, vanilla, honeysuckle, tangerine and a hint of apple turnover. Creamy and ripe with fleshy yellow fruit, toasted spice and vanilla liqueur flavours this is an intense and weighty white with excellent complexity and length.
